Yoga and emotions — workshops for children

How to feel, name and tame your emotions?

We invite children 7-10 years old to the workshop “Yoga and emotions”. During the meeting, the children will discover, through the play of yoga, breathing, movement and relaxation, what happens in their body and how they can deal with anger, sadness, stress or tension. In a safe and accepting atmosphere — without judging and without competition.

Teacher — Grażyna Smith She started her practice with Hatha Yoga, then she got to know Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance. He has been on the path of yoga since 2000, and since 2006 he has been sharing his passion with others. She currently conducts regular yoga classes at the Guest House Neighbourhood House in Oruni.

We would like to inform you that the classes are carried out within the framework of the ProfiKultura project, and will be preceded by a short introduction on the conscious use of digital devices and the advantages of spending time without using the Internet and digital technologies.

For the duration of the class, the mobile phones of the participants will be put away in the box

located in the workshop room.
