Yoga with Art — September Meeting in the Mindfulness Space

Yoga with Art is a series of meetings organized by the Academic Center for Culture and Art Od Nowa, combining the practice of yoga with the space of an art gallery. It is a proposal for people looking for attentive contact with the body and a peaceful experience of culture in an atmosphere of concentration and silence.

The September edition of the event will take place at the Galeria Dworzec Zachodnia. The morning practice of yoga will become an opportunity to start the day consciously — through movement, breathing and presence among works of art. The intimate space of the gallery encourages reflection and finding one's own rhythm.

The event is open and is aimed at both those who practice yoga regularly and those who want to try it for the first time.
