Johann Strauss — The King of Waltz

New Year's Eve gala straight from Vienna! Johann Strauss Orchestra to perform in Łódź

The success of the audience and the enthusiastic reception of the January concert confirmed that the music of Johann Strauss can interest everyone and still sound beautiful. The reunion with the Viennese tradition will take place on January 23, 2027 at the Atlas Arena in Łódź. The concert of the Johann Strauss Orchestra is an event not only for music lovers, but for all those who want to start another year's New Year's gala in the best style!

Johann Strauss (son), today called the world's first pop star, already in the 19th century was able to attract thousands of listeners and build around his music the atmosphere of a great show. His fights, polkas and marches became a mass phenomenon, crossing the borders of Austria and Europe. To this day, the work of the Strauss dynasty resounds in the most prestigious concert halls of the world — from Vienna to New York — without losing any of its freshness and charm.

The concert at Atlas Arena promises to be a spectacular musical opening of 2027. The program will include Strauss's most famous compositions, including “On the Beautiful Blue Danube”, “Polka Tritsch-Tratsch”, “Imperial Waltz”, “Roses of the South” and an impressive medley of Viennese melodies, which has become one of the most anticipated moments of the Krakow gala. There will also be a characteristic interaction with the audience at the “Radecki March”, which traditionally closes New Year's concerts in an atmosphere of joint celebration.

The concert of the Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra will take place on 23 January 2027 at the Atlas Arena in Łódź. Tickets for the concert will go on sale on Friday, February 27 at 10:00. They will be available at www.billet servic.pl.
