Ten years after the release of her debut, original and independently released album Parsley, Julia Pietrucha returns with pride and sentiment to the material that started her musical journey. On the occasion of the anniversary, she prepared a new release — Parsley X. Although a decade has passed since its release, the album still smells of sunshine and Hawaii — just as it was when it was created. Today, however, it takes on new meanings. He matured together with the artist, acquired a fresh sound, depth and emotions that reflect her creative development and experiences of recent years. “It is with joy and tenderness that I return to these songs. It was my first original material — intuitive at the time, full of dreams and musical freedom. Today I feel that I can tell this story anew — mature, but without losing that lightness.” — says the artist. He matured together with the artist, acquired a fresh sound, depth and emotions that reflect her creative development and experiences of recent years. “It is with joy and tenderness that I return to these songs. Parsley X is not only a return to the roots, but also an invitation to travel together — both for those who have accompanied Julia from the beginning, and for those who are only now discovering her musical world. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of her debut, Julia Pietrucha invites you to a unique concert tour that will visit the biggest cities in Poland - these will be evenings full of sounds woven from sensitivity, longing and love. “For the past decade, I've been making music on my own terms — intuitively, independently, with passion. It was a journey full of trials, discoveries and immense joy of creation. Today I go back to the beginning of it — to look at it from a new perspective and share what has been created along the way.” Julia Pietrucha — Polish film, theatre and television actress, singer, songwriter, composer, and music producer. She made her stage debut at the age of 11 at the Syrena Theatre in Warsaw. She quickly gained recognition in both the world of film and television, appearing in numerous film and series productions. The breakthrough in her career was brought by the role in the film “Tomorrow we go to the cinema” by Michał Kwieciński, for which she received a special acting award at the Festival of Polish Feature Films in Gdynia. She has also appeared in Andrzej Wajda's “Tatarak” and the American-Hungarian film “The Curse of Styria”. The television audience knows her from the roles in the TV series “On the Common”, “Blonde” and “Gallery”. In 2016, she independently released her debut album Parsley, which was met with enthusiastic reception. To date, she has released four original albums (Parsley, Postcards from the Seaside, Folk it Tour, Neonova) and has participated in numerous musical projects, collaborating with, among others, Kwiatem Jabłoni and Miuosh (Contemporary Songs). In 2025, on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, Julia Pietrucha in cooperation with the Warsaw Uprising Museum created a unique album entitled “Sierpniowe”. The artist, known for her sensitivity and authenticity, in her new album sought to capture the full spectrum of emotions that may have accompanied the Insurgents. Winner of prestigious awards, including the Music Award of the Third Program “Mateusz” and MoCarta RMF Classic. A versatile artist, combining film, theater and music, consistently following her own independent creative path.
