A quartet of scantily dressed ladies, underwear densely falling out of the window, piles of money and mistresses tucked away in the closet — “Tomorrow will be a fur coat” is a spicy farce by Ray Cooney (author of three parts of the theatrical megahit Mayday) that leaves a smile on his face long after the performance ends.

Gilbert Bodley, owner of an exclusive fur salon, never gets enough of beautiful women. Now he wants to pamper his next mistress, Janie, with a new fur coat. However, she must do this so as not to upset her husband. So she offers the man a huge discount — and is very unpleasantly surprised when Janie's husband decides to buy a fur coat... for his mistress. And this is only the beginning of all the confusion: an endless series of mistakes is just beginning to unravel!
