“Kachu Total. The Art of Kazimierz Ostrowski” — guided tour of the exhibition with Dorota Terlecka

We invite you to a unique tour of the exhibition, which will be led by its designer, Dorota Terlecka from the Kreacja Office. This is a unique opportunity to look at the exhibition “from the kitchen” and get to know the backstage of its creation.

During the meeting we will talk about the process of creating the exhibition — from the first concepts, through decisions regarding space, narrative and arrangement, to the realization of the finished exhibition. How is the exhibition created? What influences the way objects are presented? What are the challenges behind designing the visitor experience? The tour is aimed at all those interested in exhibition architecture, design and behind the scenes of the functioning of the museum.

Dorota Terlecka — a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Forms at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Since 2006 he has been running a design office Biuro Kreacja, where he deals with product design, interiors and exhibition. The projects created within the studio have received many publications in the press and participated in many festivals and exhibitions, including 1st Place in the Art in Architecture competition, Diamond Meblarstwo 2021, Polish Graphic Design Award 2018, Diamond Meblarstva 2015. In 2010-2013 the president of the Pomeranian Association of Designers PoCoTo, co-creator of the Gdynia cultural center TUN Base. He cooperates with numerous cultural institutions throughout the country.
