Fireplace's Christmas

For decades, we have been trying to give German Christmas a human face with Russian Disco. We say, folks, it's not just about eating fat birds with the so-called family, let's party together and dance for a good cause. Over the years, we have danced against war and for peace, against rising rents and for rising wages, against xenophobia and for freedom of speech. It didn't do anything. And yet there remains an important reason to celebrate together. We're still here. Instead of procrastinating in front of world news, it is worthwhile to look each other in the eye to make sure that the world is not exclusively inhabited by these costumed news people, but by us, by empathic people who can tell good from evil. With that conscience, we'll get through the whole thing. We say no to clumping and meet at the Volksbühne on December 24th to dance and party.

Followed by Kaminer's Russian Disco against the War in the Red Room. Free admission for visitors to Kaminer's Christmas in the Great House. Tickets are otherwise only available at the box office.
