Giant Mountains through the eyes of Hubert Litwinionka

The Giant Mountains are not just mountains for him. It is a space full of history, mysteries, unusual landscapes and inspiration.

We invite you to meet Hubert Litwinionek — from Szczecin, passionate about mountains, nature photography, local history and monuments and author of the book “Shadow of the Spirit of the Mountains” and “Whisper of the Spirit of the Mountains”.

He began his adventure with the mountains as a child. He has been exploring the Tatras since he was four years old, and since 2000 he has been exploring the Giant Mountains, also in winter. Over time, the mountain passion merged with photography and a love of history, and experiences and fascinations became the inspiration to create your own story.

During the meeting we will talk about the Giant Mountains, their history and secrets, photography, literature and how passion can turn into a book.

It will also be an opportunity to talk about the novel “Whisper of the Spirit of the Mountains”. If the second part is released as planned before the meeting, the event will also be an occasion for its premiere presentation.

The meeting will be led by Mariusz Gładzik — a writer associated with the Jizera Mountains, author of “The Smell of Dust and Lavender” and “Echoes of the Afterlife”.
