One of Danish pop's new stars returns to Studiestræde after huge success in Byhaven in 2025
Karoline Mousing was one of the highlights of the year in Byhaven in the summer of 2025, where she mesmerized 1000 people with superior pop carpentry, many of whom had to be content with listening from the very outside of Studiestræde. In autumn, she can be experienced again - this time indoors in the Pump House.
When 2025 began, Karoline Mousing had only released a single track in the form of 'Unhappy', which was not just any song - 'Uly' was already in full bloom on TikTok before Karoline Mousing partnered with Iceland on Universal Music and shortly after released just this single. She quickly got beyond the steppes when she released the track 'Ser I Mig Nu' shortly afterwards.
Karoline Mousing has in a short time established herself as one of the most promising new names on the Danish music scene. She has proven through musical gems, hard work and an immediate and open universe that she is an excellent textual pop smith, a very talented singer and a strong live performer. Her honest and relatable lyrics have made her build a super strong fan base in a short time.
Karoline Mousing grew up in Randers, and according to her own Randers roots have helped shape her both personally and in the way she goes about music: “There's not so much crap with people from Randers — and that's typical from the standpoint that I write music. It doesn't need to be wrapped, and it should be a little unsweetened.” And perhaps it is precisely this energy that makes it clear that after 2025 Karoline Mousing is one of the most luminous talents on the Danish music scene.
