Emperor

“I am nothing short of moved to tears... With childlike naivety, everything merges into a band you dare to indulge in perfectly. It is truly life-affirming to find music that contains so much neighborly goodness.” — GAFFA.

“Original, distinctive and defining for its time” - allthat.dk

“Is this the Danish Bowie?” - @chubbybabyangel

Emperor is a manifesto for the warped and the anti-conformist. With poetic anarchy and naive pop carpentry, Kejser transforms the grey clouds into magnificent Danish indie pop. The result is ear-hangers that invite the audience into an energetic and theatrical universe.

Emperor will release his full-length album in the fall of 2026 via Celebration Records.

Nothing is half done when the Emperor occupies a stage and plays his wry and sensuous pop music.
