Hejt is not an opinion. Words have power — they can hurt, exclude and take away confidence. They can also support, add courage, and build relationships. It is up to us what power we give them.
On October 9th we will meet in Kielce to say STOP HATE! 🛑
It will be a space to talk about respect, responsibility for words and the power of mutual support. We will talk about how to respond to hate, how to counter hate speech and why it is worth being on the side of those who need support.
The basis for the discussion will be the monodrama “All the Best” prepared by Mateusz Dymidziuk or a MILLION REASONS TO LIVE according to the text of Duncan Macmillan and Jonny Donahoe. It is an art that talks about painful and difficult things, but it does so with humor and directness that do not rule out seriousness, on the contrary, make the subject accessible to everyone.
🎤 The event will be attended by:
Agata Wojda — President of Kielce
Lidia Popiel
Olga Perchak-Buda
Barbara Bishop
Kama Kepczyńska
Izabela Kolb-Sielecka (lastowicze.pl)
Mateusz Szymkowiak — moderator
Rafał Głowczyński — Priest from the Estate
Mateusz Dymidziuk
Artur Wijata
as well as the Choir “After the 14th” and the Theater Group from the School-Preschool Ensemble No. 2 in Kielce
Let's not be indifferent. Let's respond, support and build a world where everyone can feel safe — including online.
Come, take your friends with you and show that Kielce does not agree to hate! ❤️
