Cinema with legend | family film screening

Cinema with Legend is a family series of film screenings held once a month on selected weekend mornings. We encourage children and adults to discover together the world of legends, myths, fairy tales and folk tales from different parts of the world that have been stimulating the imagination for centuries and invariably fascinate subsequent generations. Screenings take place in the unique Artus Cinema, located in the historic Artus Court in the heart of Toruń's old town. The manor of Artus is a place whose history has been intertwined with legend for centuries. It is difficult to find a more ideal space to immerse yourself in the legends and myths of the old days. This is a great opportunity to spend time with your family and spark your child's imagination.

The series presents timeless films that connect generations, and many of our proposals are already legends of cinematography. Each screening is preceded by an educational introduction that introduces the genesis of the presented film and the legend to which it refers.

On Sunday 11 October at 11:30 we invite you to a true legend of family cinema that entertains and touches the next generations. In the heart of the jungle, a boy is raised surrounded by wild animals. When danger arises in the forest, he must embark on an adventurous journey. Along the way, he meets colorful characters who teach him courage, friendship and responsibility.
