Good Film Club: Bitter Christmas

The Opole Film Festival and the Ozimek Cultural Centre invite you to Pedro Almodóvar's latest film “Bitter Holidays”.

Elsa, a forty-year-old advertising director, throws herself into the maelstrom of work after the death of her mother and does not give herself time to grieve. Only a panic attack forces her to stop. He goes with a friend to Lanzarote, where he has to face the past and unsolved cases. In parallel, we learn the story of director Raúl, and the line between life and fiction begins to blur. Almodóvar calls this film his most personal. It is a story of loss, of memory and of the power of cinema. Starring Bárbara Lennie, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Aitana Sánchez-Gijón, Milena Smit and Rossy de Palma.
