Sally and Peter meet, secretly of course, for an exciting, intoxicating night. Sally's husband, a passenger plane pilot, has just flown out, so the lovers land in their marital bed. However, the situation is getting complicated. Peter unexpectedly catches a paralyzing pain in his spine — lumbago. The lover decides to warm his back in a hot bath, but fate likes to play pranks. Instead of miraculous healing, one wedges in the bath! This is only the beginning of the couple's troubles, because the avalanche of unfortunate events is just beginning. Suddenly new people appear in the apartment: a blind piano tuner, an unlicensed doctor, handsome husband Sally, the mysterious Annabelle and the firm Jocelyn.

The suits for the play “Flying Comedy, or Lumbago” were funded by the Recman company.
