Ladies and Gentlemen,
We would like to invite you to the concert of Edyta Geppert, one of the most recognizable figures of the Polish music scene, which will perform on February 21, 2027 at the Zamojski House of Culture. This will not be the first concert of this artist in Zamość, but her concerts are always worth waiting for, because over the years of her extraordinary presence on the stage, Edyta Geppert has proved that she still has something special to say to the listeners.
Her contribution to the creation of the history of the Polish stage could be talked about for long hours. Since, years ago, Edyta Geppert emerged in a unique way in the current of sung poetry, she has been recognized as the first lady of the Polish stage. She has made such a stunning career that it is difficult to find a listener these days who would not know her greatest works. Among her biggest hits are “What a rose such a thorn”, “Oh, life I love you over life” or “I have no regrets”. Edyta Geppert is the only Polish singer who has so far received four Grand Prix at the Festival of Polish Song in Opole. Over the years of her extraordinary presence on the stage, she proved to be versatile — she faced not only dramatic, reflective or lyrical songs, but also performed country, hard rock, heavy metal and even rap! Her work is usually classified as a poetic song or sung poetry - she herself does not like these classifications. Her response to attempts to “pigeonhole” is that she is a singer who sings songs.
Despite the long-standing presence of Edyta Geppert on the stage, viewers are still eager to fill the concert halls. Meeting the artist is synonymous with attending a song theater that leaves viewers in a state of fascination and absolute adoration for her interpretive talent and her vocal abilities.
