Leszek Możdżer's solo recital is a trademark of his activity. Since his first solo album Chopin impressions, released in 1994, the artist has been constantly developing his piano language, developing his skills to build tension with the help of pianistic means. However, the piano under the fingers of this artist begins to sparkle with new timbres, offering a surprising range of sound. Możdżer's distinctive pianism, which has already been described as “a style recognizable by a few sounds”, exudes a precise, mesmerizing beat, balance of registers, virtuosity and magnetism that has delighted audiences all over the world for years. A repertoire composed of classical works, Możdżer's own compositions and Polish jazz classics (Michał Urbaniak, Ptaszyn Wróblewski, Zbigniew Namysłowski, Mieczysław Kosz, Krzysztof Komeda and, of course, Chopin) touches the listeners' most sensitive strings, and the piano itself is colorfully and wittily commented by The artist is a means to discover something more. It is an emotional journey in which the listener can meet with himself.
