Film Music Concert

Limanowski Dom Kultury invites you to a unique Concert of Film Music performed by the ensembles operating at the LDK — the “Echo Podhala” Orchestra and the LimaNovum Choir. The event will take place on October 18 (Sunday) at 17:00 in the auditorium of the Limanowski House of Culture.

Already on October 18, the audience will have the opportunity to hear the most beautiful and recognizable melodies known from world film productions. Songs from films such as “Gladiator”, “Mission”, “Prince of Egypt” or “Nun in Disguise” will flow from the stage of the LDK auditorium.

The concert will not only be a musical journey through the world of cinema, but also a unique opportunity to present the achievements and summary of the work of the artistic ensembles operating at the Limanowski House of Culture.

The “Echo Podhala” Orchestra and the LimaNovum Choir will perform on stage. The ensembles will be accompanied by excellent soloists: Marta Florek, Katarzyna Sułkowska and Marcin Jajkiewicz.

The whole will be conducted musically and conducted by Krzysztof Madziar.

Ahead is a Sunday afternoon filled with music, emotions and melodies that have been permanently inscribed in the history of world cinema. We invite you to experience together the cinematic stories told this time not with pictures, but with music.

The Honorary Patronage of the event is held by the Mayor of the City of Limanowa Jolanta Juszkiewicz.
