Concert of film music from Casablanca to the Phantom of the Opera

On 15 November at 5.30 pm we invite you to the concert entitled:

FROM CASABLANCA TO THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA — Classic Movie Melodies

Can a single melody take us back a few decades? The first few bars are enough to bring back memories of the most beautiful films, special moments and emotions that remain with us for a lifetime.

The concert “From Casablanca to the Phantom of the Opera” is a musical journey through the most beautiful film and musical melodies of the world. It is an evening full of emotions, memories and timeless hits that have moved generations of listeners for years.

Great artists will perform on the stage:
Joanna Wolańska — soprano
and
Maciej Bartczak — baritone.

You will hear unforgettable songs from Broadway musicals such as South Pacific, as well as the biggest hits of the London West End — Evita and The Phantom of the Opera, which have also successfully conquered the world of cinema.

We will move into the romantic world of Love Story, visit the legendary Casablanca, remember the touching Breakfast at Tiffany's, as well as pre-war Vienna, where the melodies made famous by Jan Kiepura sounded. There will also be music by Ennia Morricone, including a touching theme from Once Upon a Time in America. The concert will end with hope and optimism with the song “You'll Never Walk Alone” — one of the most beautiful musical melodies known all over the world today.

November is the month in which we celebrate International Senior Citizens Day. On this occasion, we have prepared a special discount for seniors and members of clubs operating in the area so that as many people as possible can spend this special evening together with beautiful music. This is an excellent opportunity to give yourself or your loved ones a few moments of emotion and rest from everyday life.

Our concert is part of the series “Concerts with Surprises”. These are events where the audience can become a contributor to them. Each of you can send wishes or greetings in advance - on the occasion of a birthday, name day, anniversary, Senior's Day or simply as a nice gesture for a loved one.

The content should be sent to the following e-mail address:

The concert host will read selected dedications from the stage between the pieces. This unique form of surprise is included in the ticket price.

Due to the duration of the concert, we will only be able to read the first three entries, so it is worth sending your wishes accordingly in advance.

We invite you to experience together an evening full of beautiful music, memories and a warm atmosphere. See you in Ornontowice!
