The team was founded by VIiC students from primary school in Persista. The first concert the band played at the school scouting bands review. The musicians played the concert on acoustic guitars, into which they inserted microphones. The drummer put a snare drum on a stool, and the plate was passed by a string through a chandelier and a pencil. Despite the good reception by the young audience, the musicians were criminally expelled from the ZHP for scandalous performance and insulting the scout uniform. After the first concert, the band changed its name to Poerocks and started playing punk rock music. The name of the band comes from the words power and rocks.
