In the beautiful interior of the Fryderyk Concert Hall, lit only by candlelight, we will listen to the works of Fryderyk Chopin performed by extraordinary artists — outstanding musicians of our time.

The concerts take the form of two-part recitals lasting about 60 minutes and are based on the idea of salon musical meetings popular in the 19th century.

During the concert break we invite you to a glass of sparkling wine.

Halina Klymkiv-Skodzińska is a concert pianist, chamber musician and accompanist living in Warsaw. She was born in Lviv, Ukraine, where she graduated from the Mykola Lysenko Academy of Music in the class of Lidia Krykh. She is a laureate of the international piano competition Adilia Alieva Piano Competition in Gaillard (France).

She has repeatedly performed on the stage of the Lviv Philharmonic as a soloist, accompanied by an orchestra, as well as in chamber ensembles. She has performed numerous international concerts and has been invited to participate in prestigious venues and festivals, including the European Music Festival in Neerpelt (Belgium), the Kiev Contemporary Music Festival (Ukraine) and the Ludwig van Beethoven International Piano Competition (Czech Republic).

In his artistic activity, he combines concert activity with pedagogical work. Her teaching career in Warsaw began in 2006, where she worked as a piano teacher at a music school and as an accompanist at a ballet school.

A special place in her repertoire is occupied by the works of Fryderyk Chopin and Ukrainian piano music, which she explores and presents during concerts. Her debut CD was released in 2013.
