Relaxation concert “Journey into the inner self in the sounds of gongs” in Piaseczno

“I Light Up Spiritual Journeys” and “VValdigong” invite you to a unique 60-minute relaxation concert based on the sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and ethnic instruments.

During the meeting, participants will be guided through the next stages of the sonic journey — from a subtle silence to the sounds of bowls and Koshi bells, through deep immersion in the resonance of 6 gongs, to the final sounds inspired by the sound of the waves of the sea and the natural sounds of nature.

The program will use:

• 6 therapeutic gongs of different sizes

• Tibetan bowls

• Koshi ringtones

• rain stick

• ocean drums — the sound of the waves of the sea

• fruit shell wind chimes — with the sound of water

• gong playing techniques that create unusual effects of the so-called “whale singing”

The concert is divided into stages:

• Insertion and mute (15 min)

• Deep immersion in the sounds of gongs (30 min)

• Gentle exit and final relaxation (15 min)

It is a space to stop, recover and experience deep relaxation through the therapeutic power of sound.

We provide space on the floor. Please take care of your comfort and bring a mat/pillow/blanket with you so that you can sit or lie down comfortably.
