Dorota Helbin — Cracow singer-songwriter, artist of Małopolska music scenes from an early age who has been in love with song and theater, graduated from the State School of Music named after Wł. Żeleński in Cracow with a diploma as a musician and vocalist in the field of solo singing.

Already in the first year of study (1985) she began cooperation with the Cracow Opera and Operetta
with which she toured in Poland and abroad for many theatrical seasons until 2000. At the same time, she gave solo concerts, among the special interest were the well-known musical-operetta stunts performed by the artist as part of classical concerts in the most beautiful - the Ballroom of the capital of the Polish Operetta - Krynica Zdrój.

Valuing herself above all personal - close contact with the listener, the artist decided to create a band for her own needs and thus, thanks to cooperation with the best Krakow musicians, she managed to diversify her repertoire and, depending on the needs, sing both classics and entertainment repertoire as well as ballads and retro songs, among which was the invariably successful repertoire of Edith Piaf.

The artist is particularly fond of performing works of the genre of acting and cabaret songs, including timeless lyrics by Agnieszka Osiecka, Jeremy Urzel, Wojciech Młynarski, Jacek Cygan and many other authors of literary songs. As the last student of the oldest klezmer of Galicia — Leopold Kozłowski Kleimann also successfully sings a program with Yiddish songs.

Thanks to her extraordinary interpretation, strong voice and the ability to establish warm, direct contact with the audience, Dorota Helbin builds a unique atmosphere of each event, invariably winning the recognition and sympathy of the audience.
