S.M.Rock concert

Musical evening with S.M.Rock: from student debuts to teachers' performance

The stage of the chamber cellars of TCK will once again become a meeting place for the years and generations associated with the School of Rock Musicians. The program of the event includes three performances: the evening will open with a guest support of the Six Division group, after which the students of S.M.Rock will present their skills, and the whole event will be crowned by a concert of their teachers.

S.M.Rock concerts have been attracting an audience to TCK for years, who cheer for young performers and simply enjoy live music. People with different backgrounds meet on stage — from students getting used to performances to teachers — musicians for whom touring is part of their professional everyday life.

This time in the role of support we will hear:

Six Division (Anna Stasiczak — vocals, Kamil Kubis and Maciej Kozioł — guitars, Hanna Gawlik — bass guitar and Julia Mączko — drums) Adrian Foszcz from the bandWhen they perform, it will be time for S.M.Rock students. In changing vocal and instrumental ensembles, they will present works prepared during classes and joint rehearsals. This is an important moment in learning: you have to play your game, listen to the team and cope with the stage fright. The audience has a part to play in this — a friendly reception can add confidence to even the most stressed debutants.

The final will be up to the teachers. Their performance is a constant point of the program, which the students are also waiting for. You can then listen to your educators on stage and see how they themselves use the skills they impart during the class. Performers: Weronika Kukla and Sławomir Ramian (vocals), Łukasz Wełna (guitar), Piotr Niedojadło (keyboards), Grzegorz Nosek (bass guitar) and Sebastian Mnich (drums).

The School of Rock Musicians has been operating in the Tarnów Cultural Centre since 1993. Concerts have been part of its history for years, and more yearbooks of students appear on the stage. In November, there will be an opportunity to cheer for them again.
