Concert: Tensed - Full H.D.

Tense for the first time with solo material in Tarnów!

On November 8, 2026, at 6:00pm, Spiety — Hubert Dobaczewski, vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and leader Lao Che will perform at the Marenie Cinema. The Tarnów concert will be the first opportunity to hear the artist in his solo version live in Tarnów.

Spiety in Tarnów will present material from the latest album “Full H.D.”, which was released on February 20, 2026 by Mystic Production. This is Hubert Dobaczewski's fourth solo album — an album in which the artist once again combines his characteristic multi-layered work with language with musical courage and the search for new forms of expression.

“Full H.D.” is a world seen through the eyes of H.D. — full of laughter, irony, questions, fears and fears. Musically, the album draws on different dance variations: from traditional forms such as bolero and tango, to contemporary funk and disco. The result is a record that preserves the recognizable language of Tensioned and at the same time opens his work to new rhythms and energy. Hubert Dobaczewski has been one of the most important figures of the Polish alternative scene for years. As Tenacious, he is the author of solo albums “Antyszanty”, “Black Mental”, “Heartcore” and “Full H.D.”, while to a wide audience he is known primarily as the vocalist and guitarist Lao Che, with whom he has been associated since 1999. Prior to that, he also co-founded the hip-hop group Koli.

His solo work allows us to look at Dobaczewski's artistic language from a different perspective. This was especially well demonstrated by the album “Heartcore”, nominated for the Fryderyk 2023 in the category Alternative Music. The single from him “Blue” became one of the artist's greatest radio successes. According to official Radio 357 statistics, the song spent 21 weeks at number one on the 357 Song List and was in the top ten of the chart for 93 weeks.

However, this does not end the importance of language in the work of Tensioned. In 2025, Hubert Dobaczewski was awarded the title of Ambassador of Poland in Writing, granted by the Polish Language Council. The panel appreciated, among others, his metaphor and the way he used the potential and richness of the Polish language.

The Tarnów concert will be an opportunity to meet the artist's latest material in concert format. The Tensioned stage will be accompanied by musicians with whom he forms the current concert line-up:

The concert program will include songs from “Full H.D.”, as well as compositions from the artist's previous solo work.

This is the first Tarnów edition of a solo project by Hubert Dobaczewski — an artist whose work has for years been at the intersection of alternative rock, author's song, hip-hop and musical experiments, and whose most important instrument remains the characteristic, full of irony and linguistic games, way of telling about the modern world.
