Business and Inclusion Conference 2026

It's time to break down barriers in business!
Business and Inclusion 2026 is a conference for companies that want to look at inclusion not as a buzzword, but as a real element of responsible and modern management.

On October 20, 2026, we meet in the Old Slaughterhouse in Szczecin to discuss the employment of people with disabilities from the perspective of business, HR, economics, accessibility and daily organizational practice.

It is an event for medium and large companies, leaders, HR departments, DEI, EB, CSR, communication and all those who influence the work culture in their organizations.

During the conference we will talk about topics that today are increasingly relevant to the labor market:

how to create a work environment open to the different needs of employees, how to talk about inclusion without declarations that have no coverage in action, what tools, solutions and forms of support can help companies to hire people with disabilities, what business can gain when it begins to consider accessibility and diversity as part of a strategy and not a separate project “next to” the company, what the professional activity of people with disabilities looks like from the perspective of institutions, employers and people with experience of disability themselves.

It will not be an ideal world conference. It will be a meeting about decisions, processes, barriers, costs, opportunities and responsibilities. What really works in inclusion — and what can start to work in your organization as well.

The program will include expert presentations, a business panel, the perspective of people with experience of disability, a conversation about tools to support employers and a space for questions from participants.

We will be joined by representatives of business, institutions, social organizations and experts dealing with accessibility, employment and support for people with disabilities.

Further names, topics of speeches and accompanying events will be announced gradually.

The ticket for the conference costs 150 PLN and has the character of a charity brick.

The funds from the tickets will be donated to the activities of the MOZT Foundation — an organization that since 2022 tames disability and diversity in Szczecin and the region.
