Together with the Regional Labor Inspectorate in Szczecin, we invite you to the Conference “Employment contract or civil law contract? Limits of employment flexibility and the role of the State Labour Inspectorate in the protection of workers”. The conference is intended to be more than a meeting of experts and an analysis of regulations. A unique element of the event will be the reading by the actors of the Szczecin theatres of books presenting the stories of people working on different bases. What kind of books will they be? It's a surprise. The experiences of the protagonists — arising both from conscious choices and from circumstances that were not always influenced by them — will become the starting point for a conversation about what consequences decisions about the form of work can have in everyday life. The programme included short, 15-20 minute speeches by experts and a panel discussion on, among other things, the needs of the labour market participants and the proper limits of employment flexibility.
