Cinderella

The Tale of Cinderella has already hosted on the Ateneum stage several times — the adaptation of Eugeniusz Szwarc was directed in 1979 by Andrzej Łabiniec, and eight years later by Marek Wit; the poetic, musical version of Jan Brzechwa was realized by Bogdan Nauka in 2002, and Marta Guśniowska's play in 2012 by Jacek Popławski.

This time we will see how one of the most popular motifs in children's literature was looked at by Jonasz Pinok. This view is somewhat different from the previous ones, because the author focused primarily on the relationship between Cinderella and her half-sisters and stepmother, relationships that are the cause of withdrawal, loneliness and closure of the heroine in her own world. Everyone in this story is someone, and I? Who am I? No one,” she says indignantly. Slowly, however, a rebellion is born.

In the staging prepared by the acting team under the direction of Beata Zawiślak, the atmosphere of a magical fairy tale, of course, remained, there was no lack of humor in dialogues and situations and a happy ending.

It is worth paying attention to the songs performed by the composer — Wislake with his warm, melancholic voice is a very strong asset of the performance.

These hundreds of thousands of people push the main character to the head, pushing the lonely and close to the hairy world. “Leather in this business is what it is, eh? What is it? Nothing...” he said angrily. Not in the past, but in the will of the will of mine. Then a rebellion is brewing in them.

When the prince asks everyone at the ball, because she wants to know the room with friends, Popelyushka goes to help the fairy. Unbeknownst to no one, the bell will charm the prince, but at night the spell will pass through the gods, and the stem of it will come out of the palace, entrancing the tuffle.

The crown prince is guided by the promptings of the cokhana; the bell thus goes to the Popelyushka building. Sisters also want to hear a loud cry, because of this they hope for a small eardrum, but the exchange is immediately revealed. After her grandmother Popelyushka decided to see the traces of the treasure and always rejoiced happily.
