If we look more closely, it turns out that the solar system is not just the Sun, the eight planets, their moons or rings. There are also asteroids in it! Astronomers have already discovered more than 1.5 million of them. Are they big? What are they made of? They can take on a wide variety of shapes — from spherical, through ovoid, to resembling peanuts or croissants or sausages. Some are very informal and it is difficult to tell what they are similar to. In fact, they are the most similar to potatoes. Space potatoes!
We invite young viewers on a joint journey through the corners of the solar system.
The screenplay was based on Karolina Bąkowska's book “The Incredible Universe” (Ed. Our Bookstore).
