A cat in shoes is a children's play based on a fairy tale by Jan Brzechwa. Jerzy Turowicz, author of the script and director at the same time, introduced new characters to the play. So the young audience will be able to follow the previously unknown stories about the most famous cat and his Mr. Jank. Among the many adventures, they meet on their way clever partridges, brave hares, as well as a witch and a sorcerer who turns into a formidable lion, a cunning viper and even a mouse. As in any fairy tale - everything ends well, Janek marries the queen, and the Cat... catches mice in the kingdom.
The music for the performance was written by Janusz Baca. Choreographed by Izabela Krupka.
The stage action can include the audience, for whom the developers have provided prizes for answers to the riddles of various fairy-tale characters.
