Creative Neighbourhood Tuesdays: Advent Calendar/TCK in Opatowice

What if instead of buying an advent calendar, make it yourself?

And this is the one that instead of chocolates has... tasks for the days of December. Little things that will allow you to slow down, do something together, go out for a walk or just find a moment for yourself.

During Creative Neighbourhood Tuesday we will create our own advent calendars with winter tea, in good company and without putting off creative ideas for later! There will be two types of calendars to choose from: hanging on a stick or made from rolls after toilet paper. Children will prepare calendars for themselves, and adults will create their own, because the countdown to the holidays can bring joy to everyone, regardless of age!

The materials are provided by us, you bring openness, the desire to create together and... 24 rolls per toilet paper! If you want to create a creative calendar for children with us, start collecting rolls — we have the rest of the materials ready!

Sometimes the coolest things happen when we do them together!

Kinga Maniura- a creative soul who feels best where something is happening. Cultural educator, animator and social worker. For several years in the Wolski Cultural Center she created places and activities that connected people from the Neighbourhood Club to the Community Garden. Today, in Ternogorskie, the Cultural Center turns ideas into communication, and events into stories that one wants to tell further.

He likes people, good stories and ideas that start with the innocent: “or maybe let's do...”. He believes that culture doesn't need bloat — it needs heart, curiosity, and a bit of madness!
