Krøyer tests the boundaries between industrial, rave and metal, fusing music, stage design and performance into an extremely physical and present concert experience. After a brutally catchy concert at this year's Roskilde Festival, the lead singer of Vulvatorious ALICE takes over for October with a sombre set design. Mouth Wound opens the evening with heavy rhythms and disturbing soundscapes.
Krøyer
Known as the lead singer of the feminist black metal band Vulvatorious, Ditte Krøyer has been an indispensable figure on the alternative Copenhagen scene over the past decade. In her solo project Krøyer, she tests the boundaries between metal, industrial and rave in a brutal and enveloping expression. Between thumping bass, tons of heavy beats and a vocal that constantly moves between shrill screams, desperate cries and growl, Krøyer talks about climate crisis and his upbringing on Lolland, among other things.
On stage, Krøyer delivers an extremely physical and present performance, which she demonstrated, among other things, at this year's Roskilde Festival. Here she transformed the Gloria stage into an infernal parallel universe, which triggered 5/6 stars at both GAFFA and Blastbeast. If you are interested in groups like Violent Magic Orchestra, you should hurry to ALICE when Krøyer takes the stage with his intense performance and somber set design for October.
Mouth Wound
Trine Paaschburg is behind the experimental project Mouth Wound, which, with heavy rhythms and noisy sound surfaces, creates the soundtrack to the soul's struggle between existential pain and the search for calm. Mouth Wound's live performances have been described as both alluringly meditative and masochistic and have brought her to Berlin Atonal 2025 as well as to collaborations with Vū Mantra and Industrial Coast. Come early and stamp into the darkness when Mouth Wound opens the evening for Krøyer.
