Krzysztoforskie Books “Battle of the Magi”

Mr. Twardowski arrives at the Krzysztofory Palace for dinner on Thursday. He appears here at the invitation of Christopher the Great. The main dish is to be chicken broth, which is prepared by cook Maryśka. During the meeting, however, there is a quarrel - as is usually the case between sorcerers, each of them wants to prove his superiority over the other.

The audience participating in the performance will be divided into two teams, which will be led by sorcerers. During the struggles, not only sports, they will practice, among others, throwing a philosopher's stone... on the Moon. What will come of these struggles, we will find out during the show.

The Krzysztoforskie Books is a series of performances for children aged 5-10 years, during which children get to know the rich world of Krakow legends and stories. The performances include, among others, Mr. Twardowski, the Wawel Dragon, the shoemaker Skuba, Lajkonik, as well as other heroes known from the legends of Krakow. Performances are realized by the Open Theater. Performances take place in the Copper Hall of the Christopher Palace on Sunday mornings.
