Kuba Karàs

Kuba Karaš, associated so far mainly with the duets The Dumplings and KARAŚ/ROGUCKI, together with the release of a solo album, announces a concert tour promoting the album “MIŁOŚĆ TO NIE WOJNA”. It will appear in 6 cities, where it will present the full material of the album.

The events promise to be unique, audiovisual shows, perfectly tailored for fans of alternative electronics. Do not miss the opportunity to hear the album “LOVE IS NOT WAR” in its darkest version. “LOVE IS NOT WAR” is more than Kuba Karasis' debut album. It is a record of experiences, emotions, relationships and experiences that accompanied the artist in the next stages of his journey.

Eleven tracks lead you through different shades of closeness — from euphoria and lust to distance, uncertainty and emotional tug-of-war. Kuba Karaš combines pop directness with alternative electronics, without giving up guitars, which at times give the whole a more austere character. This sound is well known from his previous projects, but this time subordinated to one, author's story.

The album features Asthma, Faustyna Maciejczuk, Ania Leon, Julia Pośnik, Piotr Fiedler, Ofelia and Karolina Artymowicz. Their presence opens up new perspectives and makes the story of love be told from several sides, sometimes completely different from each other. They are all friends of Cuba.

“LOVE IS NOT WAR” is a record about feelings with no instruction manual. About how easy it is to confuse closeness with a fight, and how difficult it is sometimes to stop defending ourselves when we really start to care.
