Cuba Wu

Kuba Wu invites you on her first solo tour. The title itself foreshadows an evening full of the artist's characteristic humor — uncompromising, perverse and based on careful observation of everyday life.

The new program is a collection of stories and reflections in which ordinary situations become the starting point for stories about human nature. Kuba Wu addresses both light and well-known topics, as well as more complex issues, showing that stand-up can entertain and encourage people to look at reality from a different perspective at the same time.

Kuba Wu has been actively performing on the Polish comedy scene for five years. He is associated with the Tri-City stand-up community and co-created the projects 107, Not For Pleasure and Żołnierze Wykrzyci. He performed during the Stand-up Poland debut tour, won one of the editions of Roast Battle, and supported many acclaimed comedians, including Cezary Ponttefski, Wiolka Walaszczyk and Kacpr Ruciński. He currently performs regularly in Poland and abroad, touring with, among others, Piotrek Szumowski.

This is a proposal for viewers who appreciate author's stand-up, a bold look at everyday life and intelligent humor based on accurate observations.
