Important dilemmas dressed in parody situations, surprising solutions to seemingly prosaic problems, dialogues full of intelligent, sharp sense of humor, sharp rebuttals and the image of the most primitive instincts of human nature.
We invite you to the comedy “Kumulacja, or money is not everything” directed by Tomasz Sapryk, the Polish premiere of the French play “Non a l'argent!” Flavy Coste. On stage, a unique acting team: Michał Meyer as the “lucky” winner, Milena Suszyńska in the role of his annoyed wife, Marcin Bosak as an accomplice and irreplaceable friend of the house, and Izabela Dąbrowska in the role of a mommy, to whom “something still belongs”.
You will not forget this play for a long time, and the questions posed in it will entertain you, reflect and at the same time provoke you to think. For when really big money is at stake, our dormant demons and true desires are awakened, and family and friendly ties are subjected to the heaviest of tests...
I warn you, at some point it gets really fat, because - and as it happens in comedies of this type - we will get to know the face of our loved ones, which we did not dream of. How much do we know about our loved ones? And are we sure we want to know everything?
Izabela Dąbrowska in the role of mommy wonderfully funny (and perfectly knowing where the limit of abuse lies on her character), also good - and YET not easy roles - by Marcin Bosak, Maria Dębska and Michał Meyer.
“Kumulacja, or money is not everything” directed by Tomasz Sapryk at the Kamienica Theatre are fantastic acting creations and brilliant, humorous dialogues that will make you have a great time. The show evokes bursts of laughter, but also makes us reflect on the importance of money in life and how it affects family and friendship relationships. (...) I do not want to reveal more details so I will only add that it will be an evening full of emotions, mutual accusations, grievances, cut-offs and surprising twists.
Because sitting in the audience there is no feeling of watching a show at all, only of being in the position of a voyeur and an involuntary witness of the unfolding events.
And there are so many of them and they have such intensity that they would be enough for at least one more show. A huge credit to the four actors, who brilliantly play the characters assigned to themselves. It is important: they do not “play” them, but “incarnate” them!
Therefore, in this performance it is impossible to single out any of the performers. And if someone insisted on doing so, they would have to name all four, so let's repeat once again: Michael Meyer (the one who won the fortune); Maria Debska - his wife; Izabela Dabrowska - his mother; and Marcin Bosak - his best friend/partner. Congratulations!

The way Tomasz Sapryk guides his actors through the meanders of common sense, friendship, anger and bloody ideas does not allow for a moment's respite. Neither the actors nor the audience. The dizzying pace, unexpected twists and very good acting currently place the Kamienica Theatre's performance on the list of the best fars and comedies of Warsaw's entertainment scenes. A great credit to the already mentioned Izabela Dąbrowska, an actress who is versatile and always plays at the highest speeds. (...)
The other actors undoubtedly benefit from such a high bar of acting. They have no way out. And they play bravely. Maria Dębska shows female claws with incredible grace and with temperament she discovers unknown, sometimes even brutal areas of the soul of her heroine. Marcin Bosak surprises me with his many stage faces and despite partial explanations about his boyish but combative nature, all in all he remains a mystery until the end. And Michał Meyer is a master of understatement, a cross between a psychopath and an artist trying to save the world. His joy, visible in the process of creating characters, I have already seen on the stage of the Comedy Club. On the boards of the Kamienica, too, even for a moment, he does not lose this joy of being on stage, although I regret that his closing speech somewhat blurs the well-thought-out finale.
“Accumulation, or money is not everything” is currently one of the best Warsaw fars and comedies. If you like to leave after the show with a smile on your face, with your head not worried about current problems, then this performance is a must for you. But if you like exclusively “serious” theater, then go for great acting, after all, money is not everything.

After the confession of the main character, nothing remains the same. It is bravely led. So that at some point we lose the desire to ask how real this is. And have we been convinced that it is possible. After all, it's a comedy. [...] Go to the “Cumulation” to the Tenement House! In Witek Stefank's seemingly realistic, yet strangely funny decorations, you will see the world maybe turned up, and yet somehow corresponding to our experiences, questions, dilemmas. There will be plenty of laughs, and there will be time for reflection. For example, I have been puzzled for a long time: What would I do in such a situation?

Al. Solidarności 93, WarszawaWhat would you do if you hit the jackpot in the lottery and became a millionaire overnight? The answer seems simple? Nothing more wrong. For anyone, after the first moment of euphoria, doubts may arise - and what next? And if, in addition, the closest people have a completely different opinion than you and do not share your original philosophy of life?
