Arts and Empowerment

“Art and Empowerment — kreativ.sichtbar.kollektiv” creates creative and discriminatory spaces for young people. Together with activists and cooperation partners, young people develop artistic workshops on topics such as ableism, racism, adultism or social inequality. Theatre, music, poetry, film, photography and the visual arts create new forms of political education that are low-threshold, participatory and language-sensitive. The aim is to give young people visibility, opportunities for expression and mutual learning as well as to make creative forms of activism and social participation tangible.
