Drama/ Komedie
The eponymous hen escapes from an industrial farm in search of a safe place where she can raise her chicks. She ends up in a Greek seaside village, where she is captured by the owner of a dilapidated restaurant and unexpectedly enters the world of people. From the perspective of a seemingly defenseless animal, he observes a daily life full of family conflicts, greed and dramas associated with the migration crisis. Her story becomes a perverse tale of freedom, security and motherhood — values that not only people seek.
