Kwamie Life

Kwamie Liv has captivated audiences since she debuted in 2014 with her music and, not least, a vocal that repeatedly lights up the Danish as well as international music skies.

Therefore, it was also a pleasant surprise when, after more than five years of release hiatus, Kwamie Liv returned with the single 'No one Owns the Sunrise', which is now followed up with the singer's first concerts since 2022.

“I'm so excited to get back out there and play live again. Look people in the eye, feel the presence and the way we embrace each other when we stand in the same room and share the songs. I've really enjoyed being able to immerse myself in the art, the creation and my songwriting and it's a huge redemption to send 'No one Owns the Sunrise' out into the world. There's so much new to share and a lot I want to try live, and I'm looking forward to bringing even more new music,” Kwamie tells Liv.

Throughout her career, Kwamie Liv has gone her own way. From critically acclaimed indie darling with an international format to concerts at everything from Roskilde Festival to the country's largest concert halls, while songs like 'New Boo', 'Blasé', '17' and 'All the Other Boys' have hit on both radio and streaming. She got her big folk breakthrough with her interpretation of the Kim Larsen classic 'Pianomand', while she has also starred in the music program Toppen Af Poppen and as a judge on X Factor.
