“La Voce d'Amore” is an intimate concert dedicated to one of the most important themes present in music — love.

The program combines the most beautiful opera and operetta arias of different eras and styles - from works full of lyricism, longing and passion to light passages full of humor and grace. The repertoire will include well-known pieces from “Carmen” and “The Wizard Princess”, as well as rarely presented works by Vivaldi, Massenet, etc.

The concert is performed by the Gapicz/Sybiriakowa Duo — a band formed by mezzo-soprano Darina Gapicz, soloist of Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, and pianist Marianna Sybiriakowa, opera tutor and teacher of the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. The artists have been working together as a duo since 2022, combining many years of stage and opera experience with an intimate form of recital.

An important element of the concert is the verbal layer — short, accessible comments introducing the audience to the world of the presented works, their heroes, composers and eras. Slowo.Said — Paulina Grabarz.

“La Voce d'Amore” is a proposal both for regular audiences of classical music and for people who are just starting their adventure with opera. The intimate cast allows you to create a direct, elegant and emotional atmosphere of meeting artists with the audience.

It was realized thanks to the financial support of the City of Bydgoszcz.
