LAPP and The Fellas

After a long break, LAPP returns to the stage at PizzaExpress Live Holborn, reuniting with The Fellas for an intimate night of live music. Blending Folk, R&B, Rock and Jazz, and whatever style the moment calls for to tell tales of the human condition.

LAPP has played everywhere from busking on street corners to living rooms, to music venues around the UK. Now he returns to the Holborn stage, picking up where he left off.

LAPP is a London-based artist whose music blends Folk, R&B, Rock and Jazz into a personal, genre-fluid sound. At its core, his work is driven by storytelling of the human condition, shaped by experience and time. Releases such as How We Are Now (2013), Wild Rossa and The ’88 (2016) and Farfalla (2018) were followed by an Alt-Folk Double Album, Selvacava (2021), a record shaped by isolation and distance, marking a quieter and more introspective period in his work.

After its release, he stepped away from performing, taking a hiatus from music entirely. Now, returning to the stage, LAPP is joined by his long-time backing band, The Fellas. Their shared history brings a natural chemistry to the live setting, allowing the music to shift, breathe and respond in the moment. LAPP’s performances are rooted in connection between The Fellas, the audience and the space around them, drawing on years of playing in venues of every scale, from street corners to stages around the UK. Expect a raw, unfiltered night full of passion and fun.
