Lars Thiesgaard

Lars Thiesgaard comes to Bremen Theatre with “The Man with the 1000 Voices 3"

Take along for a memorable and enjoyable trip back the many wonderful cartoons that hit the cinemas in the 00s!

Lars Thiesgaard helped direct the Danish dialogue at many of them, together with a superb team of people around him at Sun Studio in Copenhagen NV.

Now he shares memories and anecdotes from working on films such as Monsters Inc., Find Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatouille and Op. plus stories behind the Shrek films, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda. Bear Brothers, the Tiger Animal Family Party and the Dinosaurs will also get a word on the road.

Lars will explain how to instruct children in the dubbing studio, tell about versioning games, and perform a short live dubbing.

And then, of course, we're going to visit some of Lars's many voices: Dexter, Johnny Bravo, Buck, Piglet, Bob the Builder, the Joker, Pumba, Superman, Yoda and Scooby Doo and hear and see what they were up to in the decade we call the '00s!

All in all, it's all set for a festive evening, when we together take a walk down the cartoon avenue of memories. After the lecture you can buy a poster and get an autograph and/or have a selfie taken with Lars.
