The Flying Philharmonic — With Classics Through the Ages

On 17 October we invite you to the concert “With Classics Through the Ages” performed by the Polish Philharmonic Sinfonia Baltica named after Wojciech Kilar from Słupsk under the baton of the Director of the PFSB Prof. Alina Ratkowska.

Flying Philharmonic
“Flying Philharmonic” is a series of concerts, which was created out of the need to make high culture available in smaller towns of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, whose residents do not have the opportunity to use the offer of the philharmonic on a daily basis. As part of the project under discussion, the reduced composition of the Wojciech Kilar Orchestra of the Polish Philharmonic Sinfonia Baltica under the baton of the Director of the PFSB Prof. Alina Ratkowska will perform in four Pomeranian cities: Łeba (7 October 2026, 17:00 — WITH A CLASSIC THROUGH THE CENTURIES), Ustce (17 October 2026, 18:00 — WITH A CLASSIC THROUGH THE AGES)), Człuchów (8 November 2026, 17:00 — WITH CLASSICS THROUGH THE AGES) and Chojnice (22 November 2026, 16:00 — STRAUSSOWSKA GALA).

The repertoire includes recognizable works from the canon of classical music. This is another edition of the series, which has so far enjoyed great interest in previous years, and the concerts were held in front of a full audience, who with great enthusiasm rewarded the orchestra with standing applause.
