Lavina is a six-piece alternative, modern metal band from Niš, Serbia, formed in mid-2020. Known for their explosive mix of crushing guitar riffs, moody keyboards, cold electronic textures and raw, introspective lyrics, the band quickly became one of the most interesting bands on the Balkan metal scene.

With a sound that combines modern metal with progressive elements, Lavina offers epic cinematic concerts that take your breath away. Their debut album “Odyssey” (2022) cemented Lavina's position as a serious force, showcasing complex compositions and emotional depth. The band has since released a number of strong standalone singles and continues to tour clubs and festivals across Europe.

In August and November 2024, the group released two singles titled “In Your Absence, Iron Will”. In March 2025, their latest single “This, Too, Will Pass” was released, which marked a breakthrough in sound and style.

In February 2026, Lavina made history by winning the Eurovision Song Contest: '26 (Serbian Eurovision Competition) with her powerful single “Kraj mene” (which in Serbian has a double meaning — “The End Of Me”/“By My Side”), earning the honor of representing Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.

The release of their second album is planned for the fall of 2026 and will undoubtedly be their most ambitious project
