Lech Janerka — sleep, sleep, intelligence

The first documentary film dedicated to the legend of the Polish music scene. It combines memories of the hero, archival concerts, including the band Klaus Mitffoch, and rich materials showing 70 years of Polish history. It is a portrait of an artist who does not need anything, and says everything through his work. The story travels between waking and dreaming, because the key word in Janerka's lyrics is “dream”. In 2024, the artist received five Fryderyk Awards for his last album Gypsum Casting of Falsificate, which he released after an 18-year hiatus.
