KARZER

The group was founded in 1982 in Słupsk. They performed twice in Jarocin ('85 and '86), as well as at other festivals such as “Róbrege” or “Mały Jarocin” quickly gaining popularity on the domestic hardcore punk scene. KARCER currently consists of a trio: Krzysztof Żeromski (lyrics, vocals, guitar), Daniel Łukasik (drums), Maksym Kędzierski (bass).

ALLIANCE

The band was formed in 1990 and was one of the pillars of one of the most interesting phenomena in Polish culture at the time — an independent music scene formed from below, spontaneously and beyond all institutional constraints. Throughout the years, the band displayed a morbid activity that resulted in hundreds of concerts played almost all over Europe, regularly released albums and the importance of the band that went beyond just functioning as a musical group. The first albums of the band, such as “Gavroche” or “All Anarchy Fits in the Street” were a sign of their time, but they function amazingly in circulation to this day.



A breakthrough in the development of the band turned out to be the mini-album “At the very noon”. The band in its essence did not change, still presenting a stylistic mix of hard core, punk rock, ska, reggae and folk, but it was the latter elements that began to be heard more and more strongly, and the band itself grew to the size of an eight-piece orchestra playing live with the use of an accordion or a spectacular wind section. In this spirit, subsequent albums of the band were recorded: “Pełnia” or “Existential slaughterhouse”.



For many vital reasons, the band's publishing activity in recent years has been curtailed, fortunately this is compensated by regular concert life. Especially since those who had the opportunity to see the last concerts of the band could also hear a lot of new material on them, quite a lot of pieces in which the band continues what was best in its development and at the same time surprisingly often returns to the sharp, dynamic, hardcore playing that characterized it in its first years of existence.



All this indicates that the release of a new album by Alians is closer than further.

THE RED CHURCHES

Złoty band, whose history began in 1989. Melodic punk rock was played by: Kajor (bass and vocals), Pócek (drums), Zagi (vocals) and Smeli (guitar and vocals), and on stage they met with Deserter, Moskva, Cela nr 3, Po Prost or Schisma, among others.

Despite several personnel changes in the team and many years of breaks

In business, the Red Churches are doing well today. In 2019, the band revived again and decided to record an album on the occasion of their 30th birthday

in a slightly changed composition: Kajor remained on vocals and bass, Pócek played drums, and Łuki took over the guitar — the voice, or rather sound, of the younger generation.

The album of the band “1989-2019” was released in April 2020 thanks to Zima Records, and already in 2022 another album “Kolejka za prawdla” was released.

The current line-up of the band is: Karol - Kajor (bass and vocals), Darek - Łysy (drums) and Łuki - Młody (guitar and vocals).
