About the event

LOOK AT ME STRAIGHT
In connection with the performance Bambi is back, we present a special conversation that unfolds themes from the performance. Meet the two authors of the book Se mig lige, Line Jensen and Cecilie Nørgaard, in a conversation about parenthood and equality from childhood.

The talk is moderated by Moussa Mchangama, an expert in diversity, equality and inclusion.

The conversation is in Danish.

Line Jensen is a trained graphic designer and she is the author of several books, including Every Day Starts Anew (2017), which received the Ping Prize (2018) for Best Danish Debut. She is known for her sharp, humorous and community-engaged drawings and tales of family, gender and everyday life.

Cecilie Nørgaard is an educational and gender sociologist and has for 20 years disseminated and activated gender research through her company Diversity, which helps institutions, companies and organisations promote diversity, equality and inclusion. In addition, she is behind the Prismecertifikaat, which is a continuing education on gender, diversity and norm criticism for kindergartens, schools and companies, respectively. Nørgaard is the author of numerous articles and books.

Moussa Mchangama is a diversity consultant, author and leader in facilitating strategies in the Nordic region on diversity, equality and inclusion — especially in the field of conversation, where he facilitates safe frameworks for complex agendas that challenge norms. An experienced and in-demand lecturer and moderator, Mchangama sits on a number of boards and councils, including the Museum Council at the State Museum of Art and the Advisory Board for the Fundamental Rights Initiative. Besides that, Mchangama is a partner in the company In Futurum.
