It is not easy to be a Viking, much less his daughter. Warriors have quite a few responsibilities, including swimming in rough seas, making unannounced visits, binge eating at grand feasts, and telling legends. They also have to debunk the myths that if you want to be a Viking, you have to wear a helmet with horns, you must not wash, and you must have a raven or a wolf as your mascot. And yet this is not true: instead of a helmet there can be a beret, and washing is allowed as much as possible. We invite you to Literary Moments, during which we will get to know Dagfrid — the daughter of a Viking — and an animal (not a wolf at all) that she loved.
About the event
At the workshop we will get acquainted with the book “Dagfrid and the dream animal”.

The workshops will be led by Beata Kwiecińska and Maciej Dąbrowski - creators of INSPIRO, organizers of hundreds of workshops for children and award-winning cultural animators. They love working with children and changing the world for them. They are practically untheoretical. They are fascinated by the power of grassroots initiatives, the energy of local communities and the fact that anything is possible.
