“LITHOPEDION II” is a show embedded in the aesthetics of social horror. The starting point is the phenomenon of lithopedion - a “stone child”, a dead fetus that remains in the body for years. In the play, it becomes a metaphor for experiences frozen by systems, procedures and social mechanisms of exclusion.
The stories of the heroines are woven into a story of people functioning at the limit of visibility — suspended between life and survival, between institutional care and the violence of the system. The play touches on the themes of statelessness, exhaustion and the right to security.
