Łódzka titka full of flavours | meeting as part of the Night of Literature

“Łódzka titka full of flavors” — a meeting with Anna Wojciechowska, author of the cult cookbook “Fifka i żulik, or homemade Łódź cuisine”. The meeting will be accompanied by a lecture on the traditional, working-class cuisine of the former Łódź, combining Polish, Jewish, German and Russian cultures. In this fascinating story, a tasting surprise in the form of several dishes referring to Łódź cuisine will be included. In a modern version, they will be prepared for this special evening by the author and the staff of Radogość Cafe.
