Venue: Box - Every third person in Germany currently feels lonely, and even almost every second person between the ages of 19 and 29 says they are lonely sometimes or often. Nobody seems to be alone in loneliness. Can you buy yourself out of loneliness? Who earns money with it?
Or: Who is lonely because there is no money at all, for tickets, drinks at the bar or a group vacation? Are there different types of loneliness in different phases of life? What does loneliness have to do with today's communication habits? And where does the feeling that loneliness is taboo actually come from?
Director Anja M. Wohlfahrt tackled these questions in a participatory theatre project by DT Jung* with six professional and private loneliness specialists of different ages from Berlin, who dig their way out of loneliness on stage.
